Branch Manager- Code : BRM01

Job Description:
Adapt at working in a collaborative team environment to Articulate the features and benefits of the company’s software and solutions through presentations and demonstrations to the sales team and customers.

Responsibilities:
• Train and supervise the new hired sales team.
• Day to day follow up with sales force activities
• Prepare a monthly coverage plan of forecasted sales
• Collect, Update & Consolidate the monthly actual sales and Sales Forecast report to the sales manager for final review
• Interact with telesales to always update the existing sector DB
• Knowing the company and related products and/or services very well
• Aware of competitors and areas of competitions
• Present the company and related solutions within his/her appropriate sectors and/or named accounts.
• Building a strong pipeline from corporate accounts
• Increase customer base
• Building long term relationship with strategic clients and/or prospects
• Preparing elegant professional proposal
• Closing sales successfully.
• Prepare a weekly and monthly coverage plan for himself/herself as well as his/her team and their assigned sectors to be revised and approved by sales manager.
• Follow up with existing related sector customer Database to resell and also build up the pipeline.
• Initial calling for a new potential customers and building up a strong pipeline
• Establish rapport with Strategic, Major Accounts and/or Partners in coordination with the sales manager
• Satisfying prospective customer needs with the right suitable technical training path solution in coordination with the technical Instructors and/or sales manager.
• Generate new quotations and/or proposals
• Coordinate with the customer services of what is the new schedule and the best scheduling for prospective customer

Tools and Technologies:
• Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point and outlook).
• Expert in Internet.

Required Education and Languages:
• B.Sc. of Computer Engineer, Computer Science, or Computer Relate minimum grade of good.
• Minimum 3 Years experience in Similar position.
• Graduation not prior than 2003.
• Arabic Native and Excellent command of English language.
• Microsoft Certificates is plus.

·          IQ Test (10 minutes)

·          English Test (15 minutes)

·          Technical Test (45 minutes)

·          HR Interview (20-30 minutes)

·          General Manager Interview (20-30 minutes)

The total estimated time to finalize all the required tests and interviews is approximately 2 hours.
